Claim that governor banned ‘climate change’ causes viral freakout

The Miami Herald published a report about employees of Florida’s Department of Environmental Protection claiming that Governor Rick Scott “banned” the use of terms like “climate change” and “global warming.” The report went viral with many across the internet condemning Scott for his heretical notion that human beings may not be melting the ice caps and submerging Florida. Climate change is everything…

…Governor Scott denied any such ban on word usage but it was reported on the internet so it must be true.

This is what the left fears – that we will use their tactics. They have banned the truth under the guise of political correctness and are aghast that anyone would turn the tables on them.

    Well done, Governor.

It doesn’t even appear to be true. But it is a standard leftist technique, for sure.

That’s precious. The left decries ‘war on words’. Hold me up, I can’t stop laughing.

This is so typical and common: beaucrats (civil servants) who believe they instead of the government can make policy and law. When a government attempts to reign them in or has an agenda different from their own they do everything to undermine the elected government. This is NOT acceptable. They were not elected and have no such mandate. It is time that everytime this occurs, it results in them being fired.
