Boston bombing survivor recalls holding her internal organs after blast

The friend of Lingzi Lu, one of the three people killed in the Boston marathon bombing, wept on the stand on Monday as she described how she clutched her own internal organs in the devastating aftermath of the blast.

The trial resumed on Monday with more witness testimony about the twin blasts that ripped through the crowd at the race’s finish line.

Danling Zhou, a 24-year-old Chinese native, told the court how she and best friend Lingzi, 23, had gone to the marathon on April 15, 2013 because they wanted to immerse themselves in the city while studying at Boston University.

My heart goes out to the Boston casualties and their families who have the horrors of that day seared into their memories forever. A family member recently died before my eyes and I’m having some trouble with it. I cannot even imagine what it is like to have friends, family, and especially children maimed and killed by a maniac for essentially no reason.

Sometimes the death penalty is too merciful.

Unfortunately, those Chinese students immersed themselves in the essential worthlessness of progressive society in North America. I am sorry, but also ashamed that anyone voted for progressives and their “everybody understand the enemies of a free society. They are not that bad!”

Yes, they are. They are that bad, and worse. Be glad you have internal organs to clutch. – Denyse O’Leary
