“Libyan PM Al-Thani: We Cannot Rely upon the Jews and Christians of the West”

Hey Heeeyyy! You finally figured it out! I was wondering how many times we would have to say “Go f**K yourself” before you clued in!”

    Smallpox now.

Disagree. I’ve been following this carefully. See my comment below).

Al-Thani should be seen like el-Sisi in Egypt. No, they are not our natural allies (no Muslims can really be), but they are much better than the Islamist alternatives.

The West had refused to sell weapons to Thani’s govt. They are being “even-handed” and telling him to form a “unity government” with Libya Dawn (an Islamist group).

Commenters are getting this wrong. The guy is no hero, but the best we can expect in the circumstances.

The analogy to Sisi should kept in mind (he too blamed a conspiracy when he ousted the Muslim Brotherhood. And for all I know about the Obama administration, he might even be right).

    • Good point Frau.

One type of dung heap is more useful than another type of dung heap.

  • Someone is a victim and some is an aggressor.

    Typical played card.

Let’s start cutting off these nations. No aid, no foreign expertise of any kind, let’s frack/drill our own gas/oil.

No Wheat, No iPhone, No Insulin, No Toyota, No Lumber, No Electricity, just their 7th Century muzzle’em heaven on Earth, walled off from the rest of the World. Tree bark, Smoke signals, Camel piss, donkey cart, mud and straw adobe, muslima hitched to the plow, that’s more than good enough for them.

      • Fair enough.

If all these Western accoutrements are a hindrance, it’s better to be off without them.

Al-Thani should carefully examine the relationship between Obama and the Muslim Brotherhood to give his complaints greater precision.

    • Frau Katze

He comes across as a crazy conspiracy theorist but in this case it is true: the West is determined to force the seculars into letting the Islamists be part of the govt.

But Islamists don’t work that way. It’s their way or the highway.

This is not like a Western democracy. The Western leaders are fools, none worse than Obama himself.

Even by remote control, that guy sure don’t look like an Arab .

    • Minicapt

Probably a Berber, but not of Saville.

      Cheers

True, but then you Muslims do such a bang up job of butcher-murdering each other, it is fun to sit back and enjoy the show,,,,,,,
