We’re safe today — but tomorrow?

Basically the terrorist in the video does a roll call of bad stuff he’d like to see happen and places that should be bombed. It’s a call for attacks. It’s not a warning to say that we’ve got a guy on the ground who’s going to attack the West Edmonton Mall in the next couple of days.

It’s just a wish list. The terrorist version of fantasy league draft picks.

So the good news is we’re not all going to be blown up tomorrow. Gee, that’s nice… I guess. Isn’t it sad that we’ve gotten to the point in the terror narrative where even that’s considered a positive?

“Oh great,” we say with a sigh of relief. “He only wants to blow us to smithereens. He hasn’t yet rounded up the posse to do so.”
