Gallia Watch: 371 attacks on French soldiers guarding Jewish schools and synagogues

Since January 15 the French army’s “Opération Sentinelle” has protected 722 Jewish schools and synagogues, some 24/7 even when the establishments were empty.

The operation came to be regarded as too dangerous for the soldiers who were regularly targets of attacks. Over time the men were worn out.

The army has reported 371 incidents perpetrated against the soldiers standing guard in front of the protected sites. The Defense Ministry has announced that the men will become more mobile, rendering them less vulnerable.

The army noted that “reconnoitering, the taking of snapshots and films” by jihadists preparing future attacks had been going on. “Fourteen serious attacks, with a knife, laser, even blows with heavy sticks,” were reported. One jihadist tried to grab the rifle of a soldier on patrol at Trocadéro (Paris) before being caught (and probably released).

In Étampes, a Muslim was spotted several times by the soldiers: when he was identified, the police services realized he was a member of a band of three individuals back from Yemen and free to do as they pleased.

In Savigny-sur-Orge, a car rammed into the barriers protecting a Jewish community center.

In Nice three soldiers on guard in front of a community center were attacked with a weapon by one Moussa Coulibaly. One of the men is disfigured for life…

Aren’t their current political leaders lovely specimens, marching through the streets against violence and attacking groups lke PEGIDA that are are speaking up about the major sources of problems.

    • Frau Katze

The political leaders are traitors. They’re a complete disgrace.

And let’s not forget how the Mayor of Dresden paid for an anti-PEGIDA demo. Using taxpayers’ money.

        They certainly are

Anyone with the most basic cursory understanding of the contents of the Koran and Islam knows that Jews are the #1 target of Muslims. Thanks, France, and other western nations for importing the cancer of Islam into our once safe and peaceful nations.

It is likely just a matter of time before Toronto and Montreal and other cities will require 24/7 guard on synagogues and Jewish schools and institutions, too.

    • Just a thought

“First the Saturday People (Jews), then the Sunday People (Christians).”

My contempt for Islam and it’s apologists grows with each passing day.

    • “Thanks, France, and other western governments for importing the cancer of Islam into our once safe and peaceful nations.”
Yes, we were once safe and peaceful countries – now look. Madness.

There is no mention of how many muslim fanatics were killed as a result of these attacks. Perhaps the rules of engagement were set a bit too tight by the usual suspects?

    • Frau Katze

I suspect that is the case.

You can be certain of that. In a normal and sane world anyone attacking the soldiers with anything whatsoever would have been immediately dispatched well before physical contact was made.

  • Wake up, France!

‘The Defense Ministry has announced that the men will become more mobile, rendering them less vulnerable.’

And this is on ‘home’ soil!
At this point in history it’s getting harder and harder to refer to France as a sovereign country.

  • That has nothing to do with Islam.

  • Hard Little Machine

French officials will tire of this, say it’s too dangerous and expensive and tell the Jews they’re on their own soon. But at least they won’t try to imprison Jews who attempt to emigrate to Israel like I fully expect the UK to do.

WHere did you get the stats on incidents? I’ve found other stories that just document the estimated 1million euros/day cost of the program, and that locals are bringing the soldiers snacks and coffee, but nothing on the incidents/

Europe in general, but particularly France, is too fat and content to do anything about the growing threat of Islam in their mist. The saving grace for them is that they will be fine. It is their children and grandchildren that will be lined up in orange jump suits for beheading. The U.S. will be only slightly behind Europe unless they completely change course in two years.
