The final return to hell: 70 years after they were liberated, Auschwitz survivors make last landmark pilgrimage

Standing in the falling snow under the Auschwitz floodlights, the brave survivors who witnessed the horrors of the Holocaust have tonight gathered at the Nazi death camp to pay their respects on the 70th anniversary of its liberation.

In what is expected to be the last major anniversary for many of the survivors, those who lived through the horrors of the camp paid tribute to the more than one million people, mainly Jews, who were killed there during the Second World War.

A Jewish leader stood before the crowd and asked world leaders to prevent another Auschwitz, warning of a rise of anti-Semitism that has made many Jews fearful of walking the streets, and is causing many to flee Europe.

All Jews should have left Europe after the war at first opportunity.

    • But Moslems are coming to NY and the USA. There is no escape, Islam must be destroyed before it destroys the remaining Jews.

  • “Never again” was, sadly, an empty sentiment.

The Muslims want to complete the holocaust! Let us all increase our efforts to destroy this evil ideology that caused 270 million deaths over 1400 years…many more deaths than caused by Nazism.

I’m crazy enough to go along with that.

I can imagine the German Muslims sending the Jews to the concentration in 2023 as it will be a majority.

  • What bugs me is how year after year the number of Jews said killed at Auschwitz keeps diminishing. From 3 million in my youth the number is now 1 million in this report (2 millon in another I’ve seen). I do not think historians are revising the number based on new data, rather anti-Semitism is at work watering the facts down. While historical revisionism is officially frowned on, it keeps making inroads behind the scenes. In a few decades the number will be 100,000 at this rate.

Actually I have seen some articles where they say it was only 100k, and that most of the others killed where mentally handicapped or gays or gypsy’s rather than Jewish people. Revisionism is getting bad in school text books around the world.

      • In Israel, in Yad Vashem, the Holocaust Museum in Jerusalem, there is a chamber where they are collecting the names of the INDIVIDUALS known killed in the Shoah. Not just estimates of number of victims, but a listing of them with documentary evidence. It is comforting to know that there, at least, the memory will not die off.

When did the museum open? I don’t remember going to it when I visited back in 76 but that was nearly 40 years ago and my memory isn’t what it used to be.

          • A long time ago, but this chamber of names is rather new. I was there last year. It was very impressive, very touching.

Its true, and the millions slaughtered by communism have completely disappeared down the rabbit hole. we do seem to be being groomed for the next outbreak.

muslim scum will rewrite history on this one too ..

    • BillyHW

      Muslims can write?

      • Barrington Minge

Not many – that’s the whole ethos of islam. Keep the masses ignorant and therefore easily led.

  • Barrington Minge

The European dash for uncontrolled muslim immigration and “multiculturalism” will one day spark a new holocaust. The writing is on the wall. Fight back while you still can.

A large number of my family were killed fighting the evil that was nazism, yet in later years we made lasting friendships with many Germans ,In my old dad’s case a fellow who had probably shot at him during the seige of Tobruk..
There was a poster here the other day arguing against the continuation of holocaust memorialization particularly in that it continues to demonize modern Germans . in that limited sense I would agree but only if the ralling cry of “Never Again” is carried forward and the rise of the new threat; islam, is recognized as the same evil in a new guise.
I have never believed Germans or Japanese for that matter ,were inherantly evil and burst forward to commit horrific crimes, but I do believe great evil can grow if it is allowed to do so, and its ideas become accepted as main stream and that is exactly what is happening today ,world wide as muslims spread out into every corner of the free word. not all muslims aim for world dominance but a strong percentage do, far greater a percentage than that of committed Nazis in prewar Germany.
Yes lets remember, but lets not take our collective eyes off the new threat, it is real and it is growing.
