Europe’s Leading Rabbi: Jews Must Begin Carrying Guns

One of Europe’s most prominent Jewish organizations is petitioning the European Union to pass new legislation that would permit Jewish community members to carry guns “for the essential protection of their communities,” according to a letter obtained by the Washington Free Beacon.

The European Jewish Association (EJA), which represents Jewish communities across Europe, says that gun license laws must be altered following a string of deadly attacks on Jews in France and other European countries, where anti-Semitism has been growing at an alarming rate.

Just allow all non-muslims to carry a gun. That will reduce the number of jihadis or at least shorten their life expectancy.

    • Just a thought

And any muslim caught carrying goes to jail, or is deported.

    • What you said.

…only authorities can protect them against a mass attack like those carried out in France…
Typical anti-gun dissembling; the “mass attack” in the supermarket involved a mass of one person. There is no doubt in my mind that allowing the citizenry to defend themselves is the right thing to do.

Even the Chinese give guns to citizens along the Muslim Uguar border. For good reason to.

Arming serfs, even Jewish serfs, is not “the Euro way”.
The elites might permit whistles to be distributed instead,
but only after written qualification and extensive practical
    training had been successfully completed.

are you insane?whistles are a choking hazard, think of the children…

        Oops, my bad.

Great Vid, is there a darwin award for involuntary castration?

May I, respectfully, suggest that the country begin to be put on a wartime footing.

Canada’s law enforcement agencies, intelligence agencies and military forces must see changes in the way they are permitted to operate. Expand their capability to access information and other forms of intelligence in addition to improving their capability to share the information and intelligence easily and in a timely manner.

Heightened surveillance of individuals, groups and organizations must be permitted. Prohibitions on profiling must be set aside. Arrests, trials, prison and/or loss of citizenship and deportation must all be on the table.

Highly vulnerable targets must have increased protection. The protection details must be equipped with the necessary firepower to repel an attack. Given the limited number of Jewish places of worship, schools, retirement homes and other centers they might be given prority. Other vulnerable high profile public targets should be given priority too.

If jihadists are taken at their word, then Canada is at war and we best prepare.

The state cannot protect it’s citizens. There is no such thing as fixed high priority targets. American experience with gun free zones clearly shows that protecting some targets will only increase the risk to others.
I don’t need the government spying on everything I do, in fact I don’t want them to. Anyone who can read can see where this kind of police state leads. Let me protect myself and my own, and I will publish Charlie Hebdo myself.

In times of war, civil liberties are naturally curtailed…
the ENEMY has MADE that NECESSARY.

As the enemy is in our own countries and it’s tentacles are VAST and it is impossible for our security forces to protect us all …AS THEY DO NOT HAVE ENOUGH MONEY FOR THAT KIND OF ATTENTION

Yes, I would like to carry a gun

So many years of Liberal racist assumption that they can manage everyone in to a Western head space eventually has lead to incredible power by organizations that wish to destroy the West

  • Just a thought

Almost a decade ago, a local Florida police officer (not Jewish, btw) advised the Rabbi to have a weapon available in the Synagog, and said he’d help him acquire one.

  • Martin Luffa

Make more special rights, good idea.

Then, when non-Jews notice that they don’t have special rights, they can target Jews as well as the Muslims

    I can see it happening

An armed society is a polite society.

      • Just a thought

My experience whenever I go to the gun range. People are SO VERY polite!

  • Dana Garcia

New York Rabbi Gary Moskowitz has the right idea, training his synagogue members in armed self-defense

  • ntt1

Whats wrong with Hollandes method of closing all jewish businesses and Synagogues ? For their own protection of course.

  • john s

Hey jewish leader guy, how about you advocate for everyone’s safety instead of just your own for a change, huh?
