Cities across North America ban tobogganing

Cities across North America are considering banning tobogganing from city parks.

    Cue the unintended consequences.
    Like kids tobogganing down the traffic side of berms on highways.

      I remember as a little kid we used to run up a very steep section of our local toboggan run. It was so steep you could not see oncoming toboggans, but that was the fun of it all;)

    It should become law that lawyers have to walk old ladies across the street and hold everyone’s hand on icy sidewalks. We can’t be too careful.

    When I was a kid, there were wonderful tall swings where you could swoop really high.

    Then the lawyers came, and swings shrunk to the pathetic height we see now.
