Friends despair as duo become the model jihadis

THEIR lives once revolved around girls and music but two Melbourne mates have given up their respective careers in modelling and business to devote themselves to Islamic State.

Former La Trobe University business student Yusuf Yusuf, who worked at a bakery when he was not studying, claims to be in the defacto capital of Islamic State — Raqqa, in Syria’s north — from where he brags and preaches to former friends online, who are clearly disappointed in his extreme views.

His friend and budding male model Sharky Jama has also left Melbourne and now claims to be living in the Iraqi city of Fallujah, 70km west of Baghdad and which has been under Islamic State control for nearly a year.

Fallujah has been targeted by airstrikes as recently as the weekend and, according to the Iraqi government, at least 150 girls and adult women — including several who were pregnant — were killed in the city for refusing to marry Islamic State fighters.

Nope … not me … until they assume ambient temperature, they haven’t achieved ‘model’ status.

    Cheers

The government should offer to fly anyone who wants, to go there for free and do whatever it is psychopaths do, for free. One way. Go be disappointed somewhere else.

My idea of a “model” Jihadi, is a dead Jihadi.
