Gallup poll shocker: As a Major U.S. Problem, Race Relations Sharply Rises

WASHINGTON, D.C. — The percentage of Americans naming “race relations” or “racism” as the most important problem in the U.S. has climbed dramatically to 13%, the highest figure Gallup has recorded since a finding of 15% in 1992, in the midst of the Rodney King verdict. In November, race relations/racism was cited by 1% of the public as the most important problem.

Since 1992, the percentage of Americans saying race relations/racism is America’s biggest problem has ranged from 0% to 5%. The jump to 13% this month comes on the heels of national protests of police treatment of blacks in the wake of incidents in Ferguson, Missouri, and Staten Island, New York, among others…

      “Stay the Course”.

“For men will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, unloving, unforgiving, slanderers, without self-control, brutal, despisers of good, traitors, headstrong, haughty, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God” 2 Timothy 3:2-4

This verse describes perfectly what’s going on in societies today. Race relations are just a symptom of the deterioration. Those elected to ensure the smooth running of societies, are at a loss as to how to deal with all the social ills that plague
us, and spend as much time and effort covering up just how bad things as they do implementing solutions that exacerbate or create new problems.
Immoral and unethical people cannot teach morals and ethics to their offspring, so the government, who aren’t as stupid as many believe, have identified this problem and are presently trying to teach them, unfortunately their morals and ethics are just as bad.
There may be many optimists out there but I see no value in denying what is made vividly clear day in day out. Welcome back to feudalism.

I have utterly and totally given-up on the negro race, and now I am beginning to doubt their very humanity.
I consider that a very dark place.
Is that a ‘win’ for somebody?

      Peoples of Africa have issues.

There are few good ones…but a large number seem pretty bad.

      • Drunk_by_Noon

Yes of course, but that ratio of good to bad is pitifully small.

I think we’re back in 1962, but this time, da whitey, he don’t care no mo….

    • Drunk_by_Noon

      Maybe 1972.
In 1962 you could still have segregated establishments and school districts, and we are not quite there, yet. To really roll it back to 1962, we would have to roll back an awful lot of discrimination laws and we are not there yet.
Yes, the typical ‘white man’ in America cares an awful lot less than he has in maybe the last 50-years.

  • Jesse Jackson is quoted as saying “There is nothing more painful to me … than to walk down the street and hear footsteps and start thinking about robbery. Then look around and see somebody white and feel relieved.”

Jesse does this because he profiles black young males.

Here is a link to the US Department of Justice data for murder in 2011. (

Let’s look at the numbers and do a little math.

In 2011, total number of blacks murdered 2,695. Of those, 193 (7.1 %) were murdered by whites.

In 2011, total number of whites murdered 3,172. Of those 448 (14.1%) were murdered by blacks.

The numbers are quite clear. Blacks murder whites twice as often as whites murder blacks.

But even more important – blacks murder the over 90% of all black victims. And this is what Jesse is talking about.

When black young men quit killing other black young men – race relations will improve. And this is a black only problem.

“Blacks murder whites twice as often as whites murder blacks.”
When you adjust for percentages, it’s actually 8X.
