Cherson & Molschky: Russell Brand: Mouthpiece for Champagne Socialists and Agitprop Students

Russell Brand suggests he represents the ‘common man,’ but what does the common man REALLY think about Muslim immigration?

For years we have regrettably endured the immature and illogical rants from the phenomenon that is the narcissistic Russell Brand. It is one of life’s great mysteries that Brand proves so popular but it is also a truly sad indictment of our times. For example he has over 8.75m Twitter followers, yet thankfully the majority of people view him negatively.

Due to this celebrity fame, long gone are the days of Brand being so desperate for attention that he would happily share a bath with a homeless man, masturbate a gay man in a pub toilet, and expose his private parts on an anti-globalisation protest. Since being sacked for coming to work dressed as Osama bin Laden on 12th September 2001, and bringing his drug dealer to the MTV studios, Brand is rarely out of work these days…

So who is Russel Brand, anyways?

After reading the article I can now tell you he is a comedian. Thanks Frau Katze I learned something, so today was a success.

      • Minicapt

No, that would be Russell Peters.

        Cheers

He’s a UK based show biz guy.

          • Minicapt

To be a comedian, you need to be funny. Brand is not funny, just a motormouth spouting shyte.

Russell Brand is a comedian by profession, and activist for the people. Those who insult him with rabid, venomous hatred are those most threatened by the universal popularity of his message, and by the fact that he puts out the truth behind the propaganda. Of course, there are also the intellectually challenged, so devoid of cerebral function they are only capable of absorbing moronic sound bites put out by the propaganda machine, and regurgitating same. So, if you count yourself among either of the aforementioned, you’ll likely NOT be one of his followers.

pretty obvious you are. no judgement just sad.

      • Nelly Vieira

Yes. You most certainly are sad. But no. Not sad actually. More like pathetic. No judgement. Just the obvious truth.

You will find that most people are not among his followers. We think for ourselves. The man is seriously unfunny. And has treated people with extreme disrespect. If you feel his brand of social activism dissolves him of his failings.. that is your choice. He has a long way to go to be taken seriously.

      • Nelly Vieira

Unfunny?? Well, if you don’t have a sense of humour I guess you’d say he’s “unfunny” (not a word BTW). As for how he’s treated people disrespectfully, show me some one who hasn’t, and I’ll show you a bold faced liar. His personal life = his business. His social activism has helped an entire community keep their homes. I’d say, considering he was invited to speak in the house of commons, better people than you do take him seriously. Your feeble excuses for not supporting all the just causes on which he stands and ACTS, are just that – feeble. So tell me. What have you DONE (as in what ACTION ← note the verb) to stand up for justice? Oh! That’s right. NOTHING. And you have the audacity to judge him? I laugh at you. Yes. I.laugh.at.you. and every other hypocrite who dies nothing and judges others.
