Canadian man shot at Ambassador Bridge after waving gun at officers: CBP

Border officials say they ordered the man to drop his weapon, but when he didn’t comply, officers fired at the individual. The man fell to the ground and was taken to a Detroit hospital – he has since been treated and released for his injuries.

CBP have confirmed that the Windsor native has had previous encounters with Canadian law enforcement. He remains in custody.

The Department of Homeland Security’s Office of Inspector General and CBP’s Office of Internal Affairs are collaborating with Detroit police on the investigation

Had Harper not armed the CBP officers this incident probably would have resulted in one losing their life.

Common theme with these incidents of cop violence is the perp resisting arrest.
If they would obey commands, they would also avoid the inevitable outcome.
With the execution of the two officers in NY, police reactions to these situations are going to be even more forceful.

    • No idea at this point, but suicide by Border Guard isn’t the usual protocol of crazies.

Likely the ‘authorities’ want to get to his extremist facebook page before the public does……. that’s why they aren’t naming him….they have to do the whitewash scrub first.
