Uniformity in the name of diversity

Trinity Western University was in court in Halifax this week against the Nova Scotia Barristers Association.

    If they are receiving any government funds I don’t think they should be allowed to force students to sign that pledge. If they are truly a private school with totally private funding the pledge is fine.

      But they are not forcing anybody. If the students don’t like the pledge they can go to different university. I mean, do they force students to go to their university?
      Also, the students do not complain, the Barister Association complains
