“Canadian” Muslim Cleric Sheikh Said Rageah barred from entering Australia

Two controversial speakers who were scheduled to speak at an Islamic event in Perth have had their visa applications denied.

Organisers of the Islamic Motivations Conference have refused to answer questions about the conference or its scheduled agenda.

But the conference website lists several guest speakers and promises an “inspirational Quran recitation and famous spoken word artists”.

Sheikh Said Rageah from Canada and Sheikh Okasha Kameny from the United States were listed among eight other speakers for the event but have been denied visas to enter Australia.
