There will be consequences. All polls have Livni’s party losing seats, with at least one shutting her out of the Knesset. Likud and Jewish Home (Naftali Bennett’s list) should benefit

All reliable polls have patriotic and Jewish religious parties increasing their majority, from 61 to 70-77 seats.

    • It will be interesting.

BCF, you are funny. I always appreciate your comments with a silent giggle!

The big question that may swing the election will be who is willing to stand up to the diplomats. The man to watch here will be Bennett.

      Tell us more about Bennett.

Bennett heads a party that claims to represent the “modern Orthodox,” those religious Jews who participate in national defense and integrate in the country’s economic life. Bennett, like Netanyahu, served in an elite IDF unit. After his discharge, he successfully started up a high-tech business before entering politics. If anything, he takes a harder line on national defense and foreign policy than Bibi, and according to opinion polls, his party is continuing to rise while the Israeli left shrinks.

I stand with Bibi, the only clear voice coming out of the mideast. I loathe pizza parliaments. I loathe coalitions, where bribery and corruption are everything. If Israeli’s want to stand with Netanyahu, they will. Let The Israeli people decide what their future will be.
