Ezra Levant: Help the families of our fallen soldiers

What can ordinary Canadians do about the two deadly Muslim terrorist attacks this week?

We know what politicians can do. They can stop being mealy-mouthed about the terrorist war against us, and stop pretending it will go away if we close our eyes.

We know what the police can do. They can target Canada’s hate mosques, and lay criminal charges against extremist imams who encourage Muslims to become jihadists. A radical mosque should be treated no differently than a Hells Angels clubhouse – a place where crimes are planned.

We know what our immigration department can do. They can start screening would-be immigrants who come from terrorist-infested countries. Why is Pakistan – home of the Taliban and al-Qaida – one of the highest sources of immigrants to Canada every year, higher even than the U.S., U.K. or France?

There are many fine Pakistanis, especially the few liberals and democrats left there. Same for Iran and Egypt, where Coptic Christians are constantly abused. But why are we literally dumping entire towns of backwards, anti-Semitic, misogynistic immigrants from these countries into Canada each year – without even meeting them in interviews first, let alone asking them bluntly if they support the jihad?…

…..I have set up a crowdfunding website at www.ProudCanada.ca. Crowdfunding is typically used to finance start-up companies, or projects like movies. Well, let’s use crowdsource some financial relief for the two soldiers’ families….
