From a rather bizarre site called ‘World War 4 Report’ we have above headline. The writer has taken a couple of headlines:
India has opted to buy Israel’s Spike anti-tank guided missile, a New Delhi defense ministry source told Reuters—evidently rejecting a rival US offer of Javelin missiles that Washington had lobbied hard to win. India is to purchase at least 8,000 Spike missiles and more than 300 launchers in a deal worth 32 billion rupees ($525 million), the source said after a meeting of India’s Defense Acquisition Council. Spike beat out the Javelin weapons system, built by Lockheed Martin and Raytheon, that Defense Secretary Chuck Hagel had pitched during Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s visit to Washington last month.
Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu met on Sunday with India’s Prime Minister, Narendra Modi, in New York, marking the first meeting between an Israeli Prime Minister and the Prime Minister of India in more than a decade.
During the meeting, Netanyahu and Modi spoke of the danger of Iran acquiring nuclear weapons, and the threat posed by Islamic terrorism around the world.
And of course that means that this a plot and conspiracy against Muslims. This is pretty old-hat as accusations against Israel go, but the addition of India provides that final kooky touch. It is not new, as the picture I found shows. Still, it is a small sub-category of ‘Zionist plots’ in general.
Note 1: My news alerts all restricted to “News sites” only — so I am not overwhelmed with forums and blogs. But once a site is self-hosting, it becomes “News” to Google apparently. I might have ignored this but it is just too crazy.
Note 2: What is Hinduvta? From Wiki:
Hindutva, a word coined by Vinayak Damodar Savarkar in his 1923 pamphlet Hindutva: Who is a Hindu?, is the prominent set of movements advocating Hindu nationalism in India. An umbrella of organizations, called the Sangh Parivar, champions the concept of Hindutva.
Sounds like another concept that arose against the onslaught of Islam.
Note 3: World War 4 Report describes itself as
World War 4 Report provides concise, comprehensive daily reportage and analysis on US military operations and the “War on Terrorism”; resource wars and autonomy struggles; and dissident-left voices from the Middle East, Latin America and around the world. It has been an ongoing news digest and commentary since the immediate aftermath of 9-11.
The site seems extremely anti-Israel, but the writer is called Bill Weinberg and lives in New York.
