Takfiri ISIL militants have made gains in Iraq over the past months. There are two conflicting views about the origin of this terrorist group. One view is that the ISIL, like al-Qaeda, has been created by Western intelligence services particularly US CIA, Israel’s Mossad and Britain’s MI6.
