Flashmob Jewish Youth Vienna for Israel

According to the Israelitische Kultusgemeinde Wien [Vienna Israeli Community], more than 2000 rockets were fired on Israeli civilians in the past 10 days alone.

After the siren sounds the people have 15 seconds to get to safety – everyday life in Israel.

About 100 Jewish youth wanted to make precisely this point in the city of Vienna.

“The people in Vienna must wake up. They sit in the coffee houses and talk about the conflict, but they need to see how it is…”, says one of the initiators.

They installed a speaker system that sounded the alarm as in Israel and, in front of totally shocked passersby, assumed a protective stance.

“Terror and rocket fire must stop,” said the organizers. “Hamas must be disarmed to get closer to peace. Israelis and Palestinians have the right to live in peace.”
