Gallia Watch: Algerians gone wild – again

Quoting from a comment at the French newspaper: I’m surprised by the reactions of some people. I find it intolerable to agree with what happened last night.

There was no civic respect. French flags were burned and replaced at City Hall by Algerian flags !!!

That is almost a declaration of war and a seizure of territory.

If France celebrates her victory with big crowds and there is some damage, OK, since the French are in their home.

But for Algeria to dare to destroy everything for the fun of it in a country that is not their own, presumably celebrating without any ulterior motive – please… And especially since our leaders do nothing.

It’s intolerable. In Algiers there was no problem. They were civilized, smiling, and they looked fine as they celebrated. Where does this hatred come from?
