Hudak pledges 10 per cent income tax cut after books balanced in two years

Tim Hudak is holding out the promise of a 10 per cent cut in personal income tax down the road.

The Progressive Conservative leader says the cut in provincial tax would be phased in after a Tory government balances the budget in two years.

Hudak says that will be worth about $825 for a family making $70,000 a year.
