The main BBC presenters for the Games

The BBC have avoided further accusations of sexism in sport by announcing three of the four main presenters for the Commonwealth games will be female.

In their main publicity show they pictured Clare Balding, Hazel Irvine and Gabby Logan who will present the majority of coverage along with Gary Lineker in Glasgow.

A host of other former athletes and presenters, including many other females like Rebecca Adlington, Victoria Pendleton and Mishal Husain will also help produce 300 hours of live sports action in July and August.
