I know it is barely news.  I usually do not post these stories, which are very frequent (at least once a week).  But it is a slow news day.

It is also a reminder of the difficulties to be expected in the pull-out from Afghanistan, especially since alternate routes requiring Russian co-operation may have their own problems, in view of the new bad relations with Russia.
