Unsurprisingly, vegetarianism is absolutely awful for your health

I have mixed feeling about this. Most vegetarians seem to be the sort of people who annoy me, but even so, being quite sentimental about animals, I rarely touch red meat (keep your snickering to yourselves) and haven’t eaten pork in years. This last isn’t because I’m planning on converting to Islam.

Vegetarians were twice as likely to have allergies, a 50 percent increase in heart attacks and a 50 percent increase in incidences of cancer.

(You won’t guilt me out about poultry and fish, though. Anyone who thinks fish have emotional lives we need to worry about is a mentalist.)
