UN Secretary-General commends the new Tunisian constitution that discriminates against non Muslims

Article 73 states that “any voter, male or female, who has Tunisian citizenship from birth and his/her religion is Islam is entitled to register as a candidate for the President of the Republic.” According this Article, Tunisian citizens, who are not Muslims by faith, cannot be elected to President.
