UN’s latest comedy tour

United Nations “special rapporteurs” are like some sort of Monty Python or Kids in the Hall tour. Every year they come to town with a fresh act and hilarity ensues.

This time around they’re sending Prof. James Anaya to Canada for nine days in October to report back on the conditions in indigenous communities and how treaty rights are handled.

Then the “international community” can spank us for bad behaviour.
