Update… To be charged with making false statements…obstruction of justice… no role in bomb plot, threw out fireworks from Dzokhar’s dorm room
“(RNN) – Boston police reported Wednesday three additional suspects in the marathon bombing have been taken into custody, according to the department’s official Twitter feed.
CNN reported the suspects were two students from Kazakhstan and a U.S. citizen, and they would be charged with obstruction of justice and making false statements. It also stated Katie Russell, Tamerlan Tsarnaev’s widow, was not one of the three.“

“Sources told NBC News the three are college students who are suspected of removing items from the dorm room of Dzokhar Tsarnaev, 19, who is charged with placing a bomb at the finish line of the April 15 race. It was unclear if the persons in custody had any knowledge or involvement in the bombing or its aftermath.”
