WTF? OHRC and HRTO Successfully argue they have no jurisdiction over “editorial content”

“The Ontario Human Rights Commission acted as an intervenor in the matter and in a hearing in Kingston in September argued the tribunal and the commission have no place in determining what should or should not appear in newspaper editorials.”

But they still had a hearing anyway;)  Get me rewrite.

I believe what is meant is the HRTO has ruled the OHRC has no jurisdiction over editorial content. Good news and another black eye for Human Rights Cultists.
