Why Does This Happen on My Vacation? (The Trump Tapes)

By now you know about the Access Hollywood recording in which Donald Trump said bad things eleven years ago. Many of my readers asked me to weigh in. One of the requests came from anti-Trump GOP elite person Erick Erickson.

  • Let the dirty laundry fly.

Fight mud with extra mud. There’s plenty on Hillary.

    • Yup, no holds barred, he has to bury that skank in her own dung.

When given the choice of voting for an asshole or traitor I’ll choose the asshole every time.

    • Dana Garcia

Yes, a patriotic asshole in the White House would be a big improvement.

I don’t think it has hurt Trump at all but it does set a beautifully baited trap for the arch bitch and her fellow travellers. This next month is going to be great THe NFL might as well hang up their cleats.

The way that ratings are dropping the NFL will soon be hanging up their cleats. Owners will not be able to afford their millionaire players soon.

The prediction now being made is that tomorrow night, the gloves come off. I hope Trump becomes more aggressive than he was in the first debate.

Trump outlines the reality of his life – and the reason every American guy is working on his screenplay – and the usual suspects are appalled.

  • Dana Garcia

Obviously, the Clinton gang had the Trump recording ready to go whenever the Wikileaks October surprise showed up.

It was just reported that Wiki has released only 1% of what they have — surely Clintoons have more ammo also.

  • Luke Hanford

It would be awesome if this happened at the next debate when Clinton brings this audio of trump up.

    Triumph responds”Go to ClintonseXvideos.COM”.

You would find all kinds of nasty stuff there of bill on an island and Hildabeast and her concubine.

Just a little fantasy of mine

Trump released this statement on the ancient tape recording of his remarks. He apologized so the Hillary camp should find another bone to chew on.

“I’ve never said I’m a perfect person, nor pretended to be someone that I’m not. I’ve said and done things I regret, and the words released today on this more than decade old video are one of them.

Anyone who knows me knows these words don’t reflect who I am. I said, I was wrong, and I apologize. I’ve traveled the country, talking about change for America. But my travels have also changed me. I’ve spent time with grieving mothers who’ve lost their children, laid off workers whose jobs have gone to other countries, and people from all walks of life who just want a better future.

I have gotten to know the great people of our country and I have been humbled by the faith they’ve put in me. I pledge to be a better man tomorrow and will never, ever let you down.

Let’s be honest, we’re living in the real world. This is nothing more than a distraction from the important issues we’re facing today. We are losing our jobs, we are less safe than we were 8 years ago, and Washington is totally broken. Hillary Clinton and her kind have run out country into the ground.

I’ve said some foolish things, but there’s a big difference between the words and actions of other people. Bill Clinton has actually abused women, and Hillary has bullied, attacked, shamed, and intimidated his victims. We will discuss this more in the coming days. See you at the debate on Sunday.”

I don’t know if he’s capable of it, but if he showed a little (at least seeming) humility would it help his image at all, or would he just end up looking weak (which would be the kiss of death at this point)?

      • Linda1000

He didn’t deny it or try to lie about it. He apologized but the anti-Trump or Hillary supporters are ridiculously desperate to pin any kind of dirt on Trump by hammering on one issue. Locker room talk is cheap and I don’t think the conversation defines who Trump is today. Part of Trump’s appeal is that he’s upfront, doesn’t back down and just bulldozes ahead. His wife Melania also issued a statement saying she found the remarks offensive but that they didn’t reflect the man she knows either. Some senior Republicans like McCain have stated they are withdrawing their support for Trump and now there’s some nonsense about the possibility of Pence replacing Trump for the election. Boo, hoo those Republicans shouldn’t let the door hit them on their way out.

If all goes as expected, the WWE Royal Rumble should have nothing on tomorrow night’s debate.
