A young Montreal man suspected of having gone to Syria and adhering to “extremist Islamist” ideologies was able to keep his firearms licence for years and to legally purchase semi-automatic rifles while he was the subject of a terrorism investigation by the RCMP, a La Presse investigation has found.

The Queens Cowboys do a thing called ‘Continious Eligibility Screening’ for every Red neck rifle and handgun owner in Canada.

The suggestion of a difficult separation or divorce is enough to get a SWAT team dragging your ass outside as they raid your gun safe for all your firearms. Usually accompanied by a charge of unsafe storage if a 22 shell has fell into a crack and wasn’t seen and locked up.

However if you’re one of the privilaged class, apparently you can do whatever they effing want

It just goes to show that he was not a law-abiding Canadian farmer or hunter.

Annnd the proud owner of a couple of SKS’s with Frankenpins. What a threat. Do these fucking morons at the Star consider the fact that the last 2 terrorist attacks were done with 1 a car, 2 a lever action winchester. Not a scary semi-automatic.

‘The watchdog examined all 24 instances to date where CSIS acted to disrupt perceived security threats, and said “all complied with the CSIS Act, ministerial direction and operational policies.” It reported no judicial warrants were issued, and no applications for such warrants were refused.’
    24 instances ? Only 24 ?
Not buying it – not for 1 second. I would bet – not a betting man – that thousands of law-abiding Canadians have endured all manner of interferences and infringements on their lives, to the point where they’re paranoid.
