Clinton’s gender is not the problem

Hillary Clinton has an authenticity problem. She is the ultimate insider — a longstanding member of the political elite — and she has a difficult time connecting with voters. Her robotic approach to politics doesn’t help.

Clinton is an establishment candidate, competing in an anti-establishment election cycle.

Clinton oozes the attitude that the voters are not her equal. She’s above them, yet this sticky wicket called democracy requires her to prostrate herself before the little people to get votes. Campaigning is never a conversation among equals… she can’t see anyone as her equal. It’s all about how to make the kind of agricultural noises the mouth breathers will warm to and result in victory.
