Syria war: Those bombing Aleppo ‘must answer to God’ – Pope

Addressing crowds in Rome, Pope Francis urged all sides to “commit themselves with all their strength to protect civilians”. He said: “This is an imperative and urgent obligation. I appeal to the consciences of those responsible for the bombings, who will one day will have to account to God.”

What religion is this Pope? Anybody know?

  • Moslem-Socialist, isn’t he?

    • May as well be.

      • Justin St.Denis

Pope Evita is a Jesuit. HIs religious affiliation is with WEALTH and POWER.

Read a little history and Pope Evita is not nearly as contradictory as he appears – and definitely not RC in the least. Jesuits never were.

  • canminuteman

We need to go back to the days when popes though bombing muslims was a good thing.

    • FactsWillOut

      You mean actual Christian Popes?
      Dats waaayyycist!

    • felis gracilis

Urban II in 1095; now there was a real Pope.

“Although, O sons of God, you have promised more firmly than ever to keep the peace among yourselves and to preserve the rights of the church, there remains still an important work for you to do. Freshly quickened by the divine correction, you must apply the strength of your righteousness to
another matter which concerns you as well as God. For your brethren who live in the east are in urgent need of your help, and you must hasten to give them the aid which has often been promised them. For, as the most of you have heard, the Turks and Arabs have attacked them and have conquered the territory of Romania [the Greek empire] as far west as the shore of the Mediterranean and the Hellespont, which is called the Arm of St. George. They have occupied more and more of the lands of those Christians, and have overcome them in seven battles.
They have killed and captured many, and have destroyed the churches and
devastated the empire. If you permit them to continue thus for awhile with
impurity, the faithful of God will be much more widely attacked by them. On
this account I, or rather the Lord, beseech you as Christ’s heralds to publish
this everywhere and to persuade all people of whatever rank, foot-soldiers and knights, poor and rich, to carry aid promptly to those Christians and to
destroy that vile race from the lands of our friends. I say this to those who
are present, it meant also for those who are absent. Moreover, Christ commands it.

Red Line part II, Pope version.

  • Millie_Woods

Is someone bombing Aleppo? It must be Wednesday.

  • Drunk_by_Noon

Is this asshole even still a Christian?

  • Spatchcocked

Milo Y asserted Benedict was the best in recent memory given the overriding concerns we have….

This foolish man Fwancis ?….not so much.

  • Editor

Oh, look. More useless, empty comments by Pope Irrelevant I

  • FactsWillOut

    Send him to Allepo.

  • So will people who bury Christians alive and destroy churches.

    • FactsWillOut

Under no circumstances will we answer to God for slaughtering the enemy, as a matter of fact, God wants us to. The anti-pope is dead wrong, as usual.
If he was a real Pope, he’d be calling for a crusade.

      • FactsWillOut

Instead of a Crusade, he calls for us to allow an Islamic takeover of the Christendom. The man is pure evil, and not even remotely Christian.

      • He’s not the anti-pope or anti-Christ or anything of that nature.

He just has no idea what he is talking about here.

        • There is a school of thought which holds that Benedict is still the real Pope, whether he likes it or not, and therefore Bergoglio isn’t. I’m not Catholic, of course, but I do follow the Church’s career with considerable interest.

          • He is the real Pope and wishing won’t make him less.

He simply hasn’t learned from Pope Benedict’s experiences. That is costly.

          • Chloe

come on home Black. We’re waiting for you with open arms. We need faithful Catholics to join the fight.

          • Chloe

Will light an 8 day candle to St Philomena for you. Xxx

          • I was baptized Anglican. So that’s sort of Catholic lite.

I like candles. It’s a lovely tradition. I always light them myself when they’re on offer.

      • full disclosure

Not sure but I think he wants us to turn the other cheek so we can get our heads chopped.

      Good vid, DMB. Thanks.

The evil or ignorant cardinals who elected this LPOS, Pope Evita Bergoglio, should be compelled to publicly confess their great sin and then be scourged as was our Lord on every Holy Day for a year or until death, whichever comes first.
And even that is less than they really deserve.

  • DMB
  • Maggie

Modernist Jesuit at the very least.

  • Dave

News flash pope, your god is dead. How else can you explain 1.5 billion muslims?

  • vixpervenit

Brother Jorge is a freemason and as such is an agent of chaos — immigrant chaos, muslim chaos, feminist chaos, blm chaos, gay chaos, sexual chaos, liturgical chaos, doctrinal chaos, moral chaos…all chaos is in the service of his god, lucifer.

  • ArthurMcGowan

The Pope is a sock puppet of George Soros, the Saudis, the Red Chinese, etc. He hates Catholicism and Western Civilization.

But I fail to see what is unCatholic about trying to minimize civilian casualties.

  • JTLiuzza

    Off hand I’d say he’s a lutheran.

  • Strife

    Bergoglio’s religion is: Antichrist.

He loves anything that violates the immutable truths of the Catholic faith because Bergoglio only serves his own small gods of personal power, pride, manipulation, and anger.

    Next question?

  • Yankeegator

Remember the old joke, “Is the Pope Catholic?”, well you can’t use that one right now…

  • Yankeegator

What a joke already!!! Our Catholic Brothers to the East face genocide and our emasculated modernist soft Bishops want dialogue… They don’t want to dialogue ladies, they want your heads!!!
Archbishop Amel Nona, now living in exile in Erbil, in Kurdistan Iraq, commented on his diocese in Mosul being overrun by radical Islamists.
“Our sufferings today are the prelude of those that you, Europeans and Western Christians, will also suffer in the near future,” said the archbishop. “I lost my diocese. The physical setting of my apostolate has been occupied by Islamic radicals who want us converted or dead. But my community is still alive.”
“Please, try to understand us,” he said. “Your liberal and democratic principles are worth nothing here. You must consider again our reality in the Middle East, because you are welcoming in your countries an ever growing number of Muslims.”
“Also, you are in danger,” said the archbishop. “You must take strong and courageous decisions, even at the cost of contradicting your principles.”

“You think all men are equal, but that is not true: Islam does not say that all men are equal,” said Archbishop Nona. “Your values are not their values. If you do not understand this soon enough, you will become the victims of the enemy you have welcomed in your home.”
Pope Urban II pray for us and our modernist Bishops…

And to whom does the pope answer? Allah and his prophet, Muhammad?
