UK police are investigating social media messages criticising plans to turn a huge former care home into accommodation for ‘asylum seekers’, warning users they could face jail if they ‘offend’ people.

British police are worse than useless.

They do the bidding of their political masters, same as in North America.

If my boss told me to do something illegal or unethical, I would refuse. As the saying goes, you can always find another job but you only get one conscience and I suspect most people raised with Christian values feel the same way. That said, I believe police in England are screened to weed out applicants with a developed conscience, free thinkers and people with a sense of justice and fair play. I really can’t remember the last time I read a story about the selfless and noble actions of a ‘bobbie’.

Totally agree and didn’t mean by my comment that it excused them.

At the risk of getting some all upset, I do find there is a link between all the female affirmative action appointments and police commissioners and this kind of crap. In general women operate based on feelings as opposed to logic and facts, and always want everyone to play nice.

If a huge number of people flooded social media with messages criticising the plan, the cops could do nothing. The only way, short of armed revolution, to put an end to this totalitarian non sense is for the majority of people to have the guts to defy them every step of the way. They can only deal with a odd individual here and there who dares to challenge them along as everyone else is too intimidated to act.

This will be inconvenient for mahometan cultural pursuits. The Catholic primary school (grades 1 to 6) is a twenty minute walk away.

When I saw Clockwork Orange when it came out I suspected that it was an accurate depiction of the future, I just didn’t think that I’d be in it.
