What’s So Un-Islamic about ISIS?

In each horrifying operation executed by ISIS, the radical terrorist group uses every possible way to convey its Islamic identity. They make sure the world sees and hears what they believe and seek, emphasizing plainly their religious motivation.

However, in each of these instances, we immediately, and almost automatically, hear some Western “scholars” insist that everything about ISIS is un-Islamic…

    It’s always fun to read about people with very little theological background announcing that Islam has nothing to do with ISIS. They seem to assume that if they say it often enough and loudly enough the entire body of Islam will cough out the hairball of ISIS.

    ISIS can and will be defeated. But the maggoty remains of Islam will throw up another hairball and we’ll go again,

    The problem is not ISIS, it is Islam.

  • The only difference I can see between ISIS and places such as Saudi Arabia is the latter engages in the same sort of savagery under a more formalized long-standing Government-religious structure, erroneously referred to as a “Monarchy”.
    Henry VIII analogy? No, much worse — ideology is far worse than vanity.
