Pictured: ‘Squat toilets’ installed for employees at the Australian Tax Office because immigrant workers ‘made a mess’ by STANDING on the western ones

One Nation Leader Pauline Hanson has questioned why the Australian Taxation Office was wasting money installing squat toilets in its new Melbourne office – and whether the staff would be able to do their jobs properly if they can’t even use a western toilet.

The ATO installed two squat toilets in their new Box Hill office because more than one in five of their staff now come from a non-English speaking background – and because they have had issues in the Canberra headquarters with staff squatting on western toilets.

Have these people dig “cathole latrines” in a secluded area and cover them up after use as we were taught in the military if they can’t use Western toilets properly.

I saw them before using the public washrooms and is gross they wash their feet where you are supposed to wash your hands.

    • Slickfoot

Too lazy to dig they would just shit in the alley, wipe their ass with their finger, then wipe their finger on the wall.

Then prepare the falafel for an unwitting public.

  • Why do leftist progressives find it so enriching to import people who can’t even take a dump without causing problems?

    • Maurixio Garciasanchez

Good question we should ask Harper first he allow 275,000 people to come over here to work for less than the minimum wage.

      • mauser 98

da proof is da proof…show where 275,000 is..

      • Alain

Yes, Harper is guilty of continuing the mass importation of people who will never assimilate that the Liberals started and now with the return of the Liberals it is going full speed ahead with the same. The blame lies with both parties, not just Harper.

        • Maurixio Garciasanchez

You are right none of the political parties take the right desicion once they get elected.

No doubt things will move along much more smoothly now.
The article fails to mention if the new items were installed
by suitably halal sanctioned trades and will be maintained
and be looked after by suitable muslamic persons.
    All part of the con.

A more important consideration would be whether or not they wash their hands afterwards. Your tax documents will be contaminated with e-coli, among other pathogens

Even more important is to have transgender squat-holes.

Chinese people generally don’t wash their hands with soap. Living in China, and later working with thousands of Chinese students here, I would see this time and again in public washrooms I shared with them. At best, they will run some cold water over their hands, and that’s it. Culturally they completely reject the germ thoery of disease and tend to believe that illnesses like colds or the flu are caused by airborne pathogens (which is why they love wearing those surgical masks, especially in the winter) or by getting too cold, rather than by hand-to-hand contact. I’ve tried now and again to gently reason with them about this, but to no avail.

sharia law forbids muslim males to stand and hold themselves while urinating ,in case they get excited , [ strange but true ] also toilet paper [ sand ] is banned again for the same reason

    • Kathy Prendergast

That’s true, which is why they customarily pee while sitting down or squatting when using toilets. There are strong prohibitions against masturbation too, of course, although relieving onself with adults (consenting or otherwise), children, or animals seems to be strangely tolerated.

Much of the world considers Western-style toilets weird and vaguely threatening. It’s the idea of sitting on a seat that other people’s bare skin has had contact with. When I lived in China, I noticed that Western-style public toilets – in the places where they were installed – nearly always had the seats lifted up, in the women’s rooms that is. I realized that Chinese women would just lift the seats up and squat over them just as they did with traditional squatter toilets. In the cases where they had NOT lifted the seat, the result would be revolting. Western-style toilets are predicated on the idea that, A., everyone who uses them is clean, and B., everyone who uses them is considerate of other users.

    • Alain

Yes, you are correct. That is also why public toilets in the West in better places will provide a paper seat cover to avoid direct contact with the toilet seat. The squat (for lack of a better word) toilets are actually more hygienic.
That said I doubt that in this case they are squatting on the toilet seats due to a concern for hygiene, but out of ignorance. That then raises the question of how they can be expected to be competent in the job.
