What Premier Wynne and the Liberals aren’t telling you about cap-and-trade

If cap-and-trade is going to be so great for Ontario, why do its financial implications have to be dragged out of Premier Kathleen Wynne and her cabinet ministers?

Clearly, the Liberals are relying on public confusion to avoid having to give answers they know will be unpopular, so today let’s examine what’s really going on.

    That looks like a bit more than $5.- on ones hydro bill.
