Giuliani Continues Anti-BLM Rhetoric: ‘I Saved a Lot More Black Lives Than Black Lives Matter’

guiliani“I saved more black lives than anyone in the history of the city. I took over the city with 1,924 murders; I gave it to Mayor [Mike] Bloomberg with 500+ murders. 75% of the people saved during that time were African American,” he told the cohosts of Fox & Friends. “I believe I saved a lot more black lives than Black Lives Matter. I don’t see what Black Lives Matter is doing for blacks other than isolating them. All it cares about is the police shooting of blacks. It doesn’t care about the 90% of blacks that are killed by the blacks. That is a simple fact.”

It’s the truth.

  • Someone shut him up he’s making sense!

    • They’re trying.

    • This call to reason will only get someone killed!

Wouldn’t it be nice — if he was Trump’s VP? I think Giuliani is fully retired now though?

      • Dana Garcia

I had that thought also, but then I remembered that Rudy is an open-borders guy.

        • Linda1000

Oh, I didn’t know that, scratch the VP idea then. Well, NYC is a minority white city so maybe that’s why he favors open borders for more of the American melting pot. I always had the impression he did a decent job as mayor and I liked how he told the Saudi Prince Alaweed bin Talal to take a hike with his $10 million cheque after 9/11.

“Black Lies Matter” is just another astroturf marxist front group with close ties to the usual suspects in the MSM and White House.

    • Justin St.Denis

And funded by UberEvil George Soros.

  • Drunk_by_Noon

BLM is not and was never about saving black lives.
It was all about focusing rage against whites over the imaginary boogeyman of racism as a means of extracting more social concessions from whites.

Emperor Barry’s contribution to peace and tranquility is to trot out his proposed “Peoples Militia” cure all canard one more time under a fresh coat of paint by renaming it “Federal Government Police”.

    • “But my ancestors were slaves!”

“Yes, and my ancestors set them free – I’ll just wait right here while you compose the thank you letter you owe me.”

      • Drunk_by_Noon

Once more, they are not now, nor have they ever been, arguing from an honest and legitimate space.
They have concocted lies and have been misatributing blame and have been doing this since the mid 1950’s & early 1960’s under the guise of civil rights.
It’s all been a damned fraud.
Once you realize that Emmit Till was an asshole and that all of the black civil rights leaders were frauds, then things become more clear.

      • Surele Surele

Hey! what a coincident. My ancestors were slaves too. Who would’ve thought. Tiny difference, though; we went on with our lives and achieved wonderful things. All of which you envy and want to steal or destroy. And kill. Just to balance it out.

I can’t find that snl sketch where Giuliani plays a cab driver and his punch line is ‘freakin’ Giuliani!’

  • Tom Forsythe

Minority community leaders usually have interests that are the polar opposite of their communities. If minorities successfully integrate with the mainstream, they don’t need community leaders, anymore.

Great article. Too bad the BLM crowd won’t read it or believe it.

Guiliani is a guy I’d support for president without any reservations. It’s men like him that make me believe the US can still have a great future.
