canada flagQuebec is using theatre to stop its teens from joining the Islamic State

Led by theatre company Théâtre Parminou, the play seeks to develop young people’s critical thinking abilities, by teaching them “how to decode what is hidden behind propaganda and manipulation to advocate actions that restore dialogue and trust,” according to a government press release issued on Monday.

This all part of an action plan to fight radicalization announced by the Quebec government last June, shortly after ten youths were arrested while trying to leave Montreal to join extremist groups in the Middle East. In January of last year, eight youths actually left the city — two eventually returned, while six remain in Syria.

Diplomat: US Muslim’s Qur’an contest showing reflects “important role Muslim-Americans play in helping to shape society”

How exactly does a 14-year-old boy from New York City memorizing the Qur’an reflect the “important role Muslim-Americans play in helping to shape our society”? The US Consul General to the UAE, Paul R. Malik, doesn’t appear to have explained. It would be interesting to know which Muslim-Americans have played important roles in shaping our society — Omar Mateen? Syed Rizwan Farook and Tashfeen Malik? Tamerlan and Dzhokhar Tsarnaev? Mohammed Abdulazeez?

And how does Malik think that Adeen Shahzad’s memorization of the Qur’an will reflect the “important role Muslim-Americans play in helping to shape our society”? And how does he propose to prevent devout Muslims from heeding the Qur’an’s calls to wage war against and subjugate unbelievers? I know he is just mouthing sweet diplomatic nothings, but in this age of Obama, such is the stuff of which policy is made.

betBET Awards: Clinton Rally, Then a Sermon Against Abusive ‘Invention Called Whiteness’

Just as you would expect, the 2016 BET (Black Entertainment Television) Awards were full of Black Lives Matter references and reminders to register to vote and then get out the vote for Hillary Clinton. After the opening of the award ceremony featured Beyoncé and her back-up dancers marching into the auditorium to a Martin Luther King, Jr. speech, actor and producer Terence J went on to say, “Your vote is your voice,” and reminded everyone to register and “vote smart” as he introduced the show hosts, ABC’s Blackish stars Anthony Anderson and Tracee Ellis Ross.

euEU diplomats say they don’t believe Britain will ever formally trigger Brexit despite referendum

A country leaving the union must formally notify the European Council, setting the clock ticking on a two-year period to negotiate its split.

But a senior EU diplomat said last night that he believes the UK will never actual embark on the move and will end up staying in the union.

‘We want London to trigger Article 50 now, to have clarity. I expect, as we can’t force them, for them to take their time,’ the diplomat said.

‘And I would not exclude, it’s my personal belief, that they may never do it.’

immigrant boat10,000 migrants cross from North Africa to Italy in just FOUR DAYS as it is revealed less than 6% of those ordered to return home last year actually went back

EU leaders will today be presented with figures that show as few as six per cent of those told go back home to Africa last year actually left.

Calm seas have led to a surge in the number of people departing from the North African coast in overcrowded boats heading for Europe.

Earlier this month the Libyan coastguard said the EU was enticing migrants to their deaths off its shores.

Presumptive Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton hit rival Donald Trump’s personal business record and his economic proposals in a speech in Columbus, Ohio, Tuesday (6/21). I found many of the claims in Clinton’s speech to be factually incorrect. So I decided to conduct a fact-check on the entire speech. What I thought would take little more than an hour or two, turned out to take six days–it was that bad.

The speech was filled with quotes grossly taken out of context, factually incorrect information, false assertions, and hypocrisy. For the amount of scrutiny Trump received from the fact-checkers on his speech, I was surprised the media did not pounce on Clinton. But then again, the amount of work it would take to fact-check Clinton would likely be a deterrent to media outlets.

old peopleEU Referendum: We should ban old people from voting

With the abject failure of Britain’s youth to rise to the democratic challenge (ie, to pull their fingers out in time to register to vote), I am advocating a total ban on anyone of retirement age voting in the EU referendum as the only effective way stopping the Leave campaign. This idea hardened for me after a long conversation with my father, which included the words “conspiracy”, “the central powers” and “they hate us”. Here are five reasons why we need to take this, some may argue, drastic step.

guncontrolsign062426-800x500What’s really behind the ongoing push for gun control?

The gun grabbers tell you they want more gun control in order to keep you safe. But that is the Big Lie.

If they really wanted to limit guns used most to murder people they’d target handguns, which are used in almost half of all homicides. Of 8,124 murders using a firearm in 2014, handguns were used 5,562 times. Rifles were used to murder someone only 248 times. And the dreaded “assault weapon” the politicians make such a kerfuffle over is a subset of rifles, so the number of people killed by those is much lower.

That is evidence the government assault on so-called “assault rifles” is just a show designed to confuse, deflect and cause conflict and a means to begin the incremental steps to a complete gun ban.

allen b west motorcycleThat’s it. I’ve had it.

I am seriously angered by this belligerence and disregard of the American people and the perversion of our Constitutional Republic.

On the day our Constitution was signed, September 17, 1787 (for those of you who didn’t know), Benjamin Franklin was met by a Philadelphia socialite, a woman named Mrs. Powell. She made a simple but powerful inquiry of Franklin asking him, “Well, Doctor, what is it that we have, a monarchy or a republic?” Franklin with his well-renowned precision wit responded, “A Republic, if you can keep it.”

The United States of America is not a democracy; it is a Constitutional Republic. However, when we don’t teach our history, instead choosing to revise it; when we don’t teach civics, instead choosing to create a generation of subjects, mindless drones, and not citizens — we cannot keep the Republic. The reason is we don’t even know what a Republic entails, and as Franklin once quipped, we then get the government we deserve.

merkel fourth reichThe Forth Reich to be unveiled

The foreign ministers of France and Germany are due to reveal a blueprint to effectively do away with individual member states in what is being described as an “ultimatum”.

Under the radical proposals EU countries will lose the right to have their own army, criminal law, taxation system or central bank, with all those powers being transferred to Brussels.

ded men tell no talesHillary and Bill Clinton Trivia!

Over the years it has seemed to this inquiring eye that a disproportionate number of Hillary and Bill Clinton friends, confidants and employees have wound-up dead!

Some of these deaths occurred with mystery surrounding them that has never been resolved.

Surprisingly, or maybe not so surprisingly, in many of the cases those who wound-up dead had story’s to tell that may have been detrimental to the Clinton’s political ambitions.

Mere coincidence? Could be unless of course you’re a rabid conspiracy theorist.

But of course it’s impossible to know the exact cause of their demise for sure because as the saying goes, ‘dead men tell no tales’!

However, those still alive may have learned some lessons from history because all that’s typically heard when those surrounding the presumptive Democrat nominee for POTUS are due to testify under oath is the phrase…

“On counsel’s advice, I invoke my right under the Fifth Amendment not to answer, on the grounds I may incriminate myself.”

farage-nigelNigel Farage backs Donald Trump: ‘There is nothing on Earth that could persuade me ever to vote for Hillary Clinton’

Mr Farage, who was crowing over his EU victory last week, said that Mr Trump would be better for the UK than president Barack Obama, and that he would not vote for democrat Hillary Clinton.

“There is nothing on Earth that could persuade me ever to vote for Hillary Clinton,” he said.

“She represents the political elite, it’s almost as if she feels she has the divine right to have that job.”

Cleveland protestLeftist students to protest at GOP Convention

Several student groups from around the country are planning to join other socialist and progressive organizations to protest the Republican National Convention (RNC) in Cleveland later this month.

“There is a growing tide of anger in the country, directed against Trump and the reactionary, anti-people agenda of the Republican Party.”

FightBack, a leftist website promoting the event, reports that the “protest will put forward the slogans ‘Dump Trump,’ ‘Say No to the Republican Agenda,’ ‘Stand against Racist, Anti-immigration, and Anti-Muslim Attacks,’ [and] ‘We demand Peace, Justice, and Equality.’”

FBI-Agents-HP_7FBI Fails to Inform Citizens They Are on an ISIS Kill List

Over the past few years the Islamic State has posted the names of some 15,000 American citizens from places such as New York, Texas, Florida and California on kill lists.

Yet the FBI has not necessarily notified those on these kill lists that they have been marked for death, according to Circa News.

The lists are not publicly available, but Circa News was able to obtain samples. Out of 24 people on kill lists they contacted in Texas, 22 of them did not know that they were on such a list.

The FBI said they do notify citizens if they are on kill lists but acknowledged it is possible some citizens were accidentally not contacted.

Let’s just all assume that we’re on an ISIS kill list – we are, aren’t we? – and arm ourselves accordingly. See below.

ar-15 freedom12 Buzzwords Liberals Use To Scare You Into Agreeing With Gun Control

The AR-15 is a rifle of some controversy on the national scene due to its reputation on the left as a scary, black killing machine, and on the right as a proven, affordable, ergonomically friendly rifle used as home protection by millions of Americans.

What it really is: The AR-15 is a trademark registered to Colt Firearms. Originally developed by the Armalite division of the Fairchild Engine and Airplane Corporation, the Armalite Rifle Design 15 was a select fire prototype rifle that led to the design of the military M-16. Colt, who received the government contract to make the M-16, holds the license to use the AR-15 model name for their civilian rifles. All other “AR-15” style rifles made by other companies are technically “clones” and not actual AR-15s, but the name is used in contemporary slang to mean AR-15 style rifle made by any manufacturer. They are ALL semi-automatic only.

What it is not: It is not “Automatic Rifle 15”, nor is it “Assault Rifle 15,” nor “15 rounds a second.”

If you really want the anti gun lobbyists to have a melt down why not send them books on the history of the AR 10, AR 15/M16, etc from http://www.collectorgrade.com ?

It’s a Canadian publishing company. I have 2 books and they’re excellent; well documented and very informative. Yup quite expensive but the book quality is excellent

    • Cool.

🙂 Another is an American publisher http://www.northcapepubs.com they have several books but the ones that’ll send them to the asylum are thee complete owners guide of the AR 15 and the Complete assembly guide of the AR 15

    Barring old people from voting?

I am surprised the “progressive” youth haven’t suggested euthanasizing all old people as per the Sci-Fi Logan’s Run.

    • That’ll come.

    • Alain

I watched Longan’s Run a long time ago, and now I am finding that perhaps it wasn’t just science fiction.

The media elites are in full attack mode against England for having the gall to ask the peasants what they want. CBC this morning, is ranting that islamophobia is running rampant all over England. But here in Sunny Ways Canada the elites are firmly in control. The Canadian media has been excited the past few days on the gathering of elites for the three amigos conference. Lots of coverage of expensive dinners in Toronto and Ottawa. And of course selfies of feminist Trudeau jogging with the Mexican president.

Ban seniors from voting – great idea (actually, why don’t they just go all the way and off them all? You know they’re dying – ahem! – to do that). And if, say, the 35-44 year olds start acting up and voting against progressive wishes, ban them too (because they clearly would be demonstrating their incompetence to vote, in that case). Similarly, if any particular group – gays, tall folk, people who wear hats, whatever – starts voting “right wing” – then ban them from voting. Because then they would have obviously forfeited their right to do so.

It’s so typical (and unsettling really) how the Left’s and progressives’ initial response to any criticism, objection or resistance to their views, is to attempt to silence those dissenting voices. And in whatever way they can – banning them, shouting speakers down, using violence, etc. But I guess that’s just the progressive way.

For me, (old and grey and utterly useless), the scariest part of this piece was when the author revealed he is a parent. This does not bode well for the future.

(read with a snotty British accent)

“Time to go Daddy” “But I’m not ready yet”. The daughter looked exasperated at her wrinkly old Father. “Now you know full well that on your sixty fifth birth day we all must go.” “Don’t I have a vote on this”asked the poor old man.” “Silly old dodger” replied his daughter,” “don’t you remember what you started all those years ago. No, I suppose you don’t.

Those “old people”, which includes me, are indeed dangerous, since they have been around long enough to recall the difference between freedom and tyranny. Not having been for the most part totally indoctrinated and brainwashed makes them a threat.

There is a bang on article in Frontpage titled “Why The Left Hates Referendums”, and I highly recommend it.
