#Terrorism: Orlando-style attacks are coming to Europe

The US has been attacked by what appears to be another lone-wolf terrorist acting in the name of Islam. Attacks of this kind are increasing and we in the US must evolve our thinking and approach to this evolving threat. Europe should guard against complacency about its degree of vulnerability to similar dangers, writes Commissioner David Aguilar.

    Orlando-style attacks coming to Europe?
Try Bataclan-style terror attacks just came to America!

    • I really worry about malls and schools. We have a police officer assigned full time to every school in the state and while that’s commendable it isn’t enough to fend off a coordinated attack. The teachers all need to be armed and trained.

      • Maggat

Arm and train teachers, that’s a laugh. Teachers are one of the largest pools of lefty, and progressive anti gun people we have. Both in the US and Canada.

        • Exile1981

Tell me about it; they see nothing wrong with assigning political biased assignments.

        • I know. That’s why you tell them: qualify with Phase 2 training or you’re fired. Get rid of the leftists and move teachers in who will put student’s safety first.

          • Alain

Need to get rid of teachers’ unions to be able to do that.

        • Clausewitz

Some of us are still willing to stand on guard for thee.

          • Linda1000

You must be a “lone wolf” gun in the education field? 🙂 Actually, I think they did arm and train some teachers after the Sandy Hook school shooting?

          • Clausewitz

Last of a dying breed of conservative teachers who teaches students how to think for themselves, not what to think.

          • Linda1000

You must have lots of fortitude to stay the course in your present ON education environment. 🙂 Not that it would be any different in any other province.

          • Clausewitz

Two years to retirement, plus being the department head, helps with my don’t give a shit attitude when it comes to school politics. Rather have the students learn how to think, research, and form opinions on their own than to be spoon fed propagandist tripe.

Now that’s “stand on guard for Ze and Xe” as the new ALS amendment if I’m not mistaken.

          • Maggat

            Thank you.

      • Alain

Expecting most teachers to carry, oh what is that nasty word again, a gun is dreaming. This isn’t Israel where even most teachers understand that guns are not the problem.

    • Linda1000

It’s America’s fault for everything that happens in Europe, don’t ya know because everyone has a big bad gun in the U.S. 🙂

    • Sharkibark

Just what I wanted to say seeing that headline. How about “Orlando-style attacks coming to Canada!”

      Why? Because it’s 2016.

    • Clausewitz

Yeah, coming? What the hell was Paris?

    • El Martyachi

      This here upvote is #45k

  • These attacks never stopped. One is simply going to see more of them.

    It’s raining men.

  • BillyHW

    ? Orlando was a Paris-style attack.

Once the attacks become too frequent and too severe and lead to demands
for the deportation of all Moslem non-citizens (and their sponsors) and the abolishing of all Moslem travel to our Western nations, the Left/Civil Service/MSM/various Churches etc. will fight it by saying (as I think Obama just suggested in one of his two Orlando speeches) that we can’t do that because it’s anti-Western and anti-liberal (the “good” liberal I mean too, not the Left’s version of it) and that we just have to accept some casualties as the price we pay to maintain our civilized Western societies. They’ll probably get away with that explanation too until there is a nuke attack on a major city. (When that happens, then I hope we’ll go full-on Crusade to wipe them out forever that they won’t be able to ignore because mobs will be killing any politician that doesn’t approve of it.)

The way to fight that once the non-nuke attacks become too severe (other than immediate military coups with overwhelming popular backing) is to demand that for a proportion of every Islamic terrorist attack deaths, a member of the government and a senior civil servant etc. and/or their immediate family members selected at random will be executed too so that they can share the risks along with the ordinary citizenry and be *seen* to be sharing the risks along with the ordinary citizenry. Keep this in mind for the future.
