Soccer is so boring I need the Warfare just to make it kind of interesting.

    • UCSPanther

Soccer Hooligan battles are often more entertaining than the soccer games themselves…

    • tom_billesley

Like the Christmas 1914 match in No Man’s Land?

  • JoKeR

You would think that France should be supporting a Brexit to prevent soccer hooligans from getting in.

    • Alain

Actually the population did vote some years back to leave, but both their government and the EU chose to override the results. Not saying it was for the reason you suggest.

      • john700

It was a referendum on the European Constitution.

        • Alain

Technically you are correct, but the majority of French citizens at the time rejected surrendering their sovereignty to the EU. So it would have resulted in the EU being restricted to more of a common market than what it has become.

          • john700

They were presented with a 1,000-pages document and asked to answer yes or no. It was like a bad joke.

  • Frances

Forget Brexit: mayybe the rest of the Euro zone should get to vote as to whether or not they want to keep the Brits in the EU.

    • tom_billesley

Not likely, the EU commissioners don’t want to get their citizens used to voting.

  • ed

the attack on the England fans was instigated by French “youth” and as we know that is the code word for muslim migrants [ ed uk ]

  • Barrington Minge

    have they finished yet?

  • lolwut?

It’s beyond me why they can do this over a stupid game and do next to nothing
    about a Muslim invasion.

  • tom_billesley

This will completely change the minds of Calais Jungle migrants about getting to England. No?
