And yet, she’ll walk.

…Some of Hillary Clinton’s closest aides, including her longtime adviser Huma Abedin, have provided interviews to federal investigators, as the FBI probe into the security of her private email server nears completion, U.S. officials briefed on the investigation tell CNN. The investigation is still ongoing, but so far investigators haven’t found evidence to prove that Clinton willfully violated the law the U.S. officials say.”

home come others have gone to jail for inadvertantly breaking the law.

Jail is for people without money.

Some are to big to jail.

Ya know.. unless being charged clearly disqualifies her from contesting, it’s probably best that she remains uncharged. It’ll be “FBI trying to lock up grandma because she couldn’t figure out her email” media pieces nonstop. This is the Clintons we’re talking about here. This is the exact sort of situation they shine in. Don’t give it to ’em.

Trump debates the traitor and gives her such a hard time she has a fatal stroke live in prime time.

I worked in this field, it’s not just the e-mail server, the building that housed the server wasn’t cleared to handle classified traffic.

    • Rules are for the little people. As our friend Drunk_By_Noon pointed out, she doesn’t need to be indicted to receive a pardon, though the Clintons would undoubtedly rather not take that route unless absolutely necessary.

So in the end, it doesn’t matter if she committed a crime or not – she’s the best chance for continuing Obama’s legacy and fulfilling the lefts’ long term goals. They aren’t going to let anything stand in the way of that.

The Russians have predicting another civil war in the US, they have also probably played a major role in igniting it. Should Hillary become president I predict right wing militias will begin assassinating liberal and progressive leaders before her term is up.

        • I predict left wing violence and pogroms against Conservatives instigated by proxies for Hillary’s administration.

Even if the FBI can’t prove intent, ignorance of the law by Hillary is no excuse. Even a misdemeanor rap should do her in. And I doubt if the public is fooled either.

Are you talking about the same public that elected Obama, not once but twice?

      • Norman_In_New_York

Both McCain and Romney rolled over and played dead in front of Obama. Trump will not make that mistake.

  • WalterBannon

Why should the rest of us follow the laws anymore?

Either there is one system of justice that applies to all, or, as this case shows yet again we live in a lawless land where what passes for law is just tyranny against the public.
