Why not “This Restroom Can Be Used By Any Person.” Full stop, period. Once it can be used by Any Person, of what relevance is the rest of it ?

This is perfect! Once the seat is covered in piss, watch the feminists start making awkward noises…

Don’t kid yourself. Ask any maintenance worker, and many honest women. They will tell you that men’s public washrooms are quite tidy compared to the Ladies’ facilities. The notion that women are tidier/more respectful of others is simply an old stereotype. They aren’t. My wife has disciplined herself over the years because women’s facilities are frequently too disgusting to her to contemplate using. We avoid particular malls because of this, certain restaurants, and even certain government offices that serve our community. And, as we all know, the gas station is the LAST place you wanna go pee………..
