The Left’s hatred of Jews chills me to the bone

But on another, more visceral level, it chills me to the bone. And it’s not the terrorists. They threaten me, of course, as they threaten us all. Yet to me, the real chill comes from their fellow travelers – the useful idiots of the terrorists and Jew-murderers who say they do not have a racist bone in their body, but when it comes to Jews, a blind spot emerges.

The Left’s anti-semitism is, like all anti-semitism, demonic in origin. They have no morals and live lives of sexual perversion, which allows the demons to enter inside of them.

    • Is that what happened to the commenters at Takimag?

        Or a excess of djinn.

“The socialism of fools” is the classic description.

Anti-Semitism and anti-Zionism… an academic distinction without a practical difference.

    • Maurice Miner

V10, the distinction is quite simple.

Anti-Semitism *should* involve Semitic speaking people of the Middle East, as the Semitic languages are a branch of the Afroasiatic language family originating in the Middle East.

Semitic languages are spoken by more than 330 million people across much of Western Asia, North Africa and the Horn of Africa.

“Semitism” is therefore a linguistic definition of a “people”, and applies to quite a considerable number.

“Anti-Zionism”, on the other hand, attempts to attack the “Zionists”, who emerged in the late 19th century in central and eastern Europe as a national revival movement, for a Jewish State.

BUT – no-one hates the Jooos!

  • “…I used to think my grandma very strange. In her bedroom she kept a suitcase, packed and ready for use at a moment’s notice…”

Pollard’s opening paragraph is the best observation in his piece. Not only instructional for Jews but for anyone who could be a target of the Left or their terror proxies.

My children had an English tutor who was from England. She was a lefty, but no matter since I always discussed the conservative view with my kids. Then, one day, she launched into a full anti-Semitic attack on how Jews look, how they behave, and so forth. My son was shocked, since we’re Jewish. We promptly dismissed her. Oddly, she sent an email asking why she had been let go. She honestly had no idea what she had done. Jew hatred has become so much a part of the discourse on the left that they don’t even realize that they’re anti-Semites. Probably how whites thought about blacks in the old South. Just assumed they were sub-human.
