Family ripped apart in Norway – but so what?

From BBC:

The case of a young couple in Norway whose five children were taken away by the state has fuelled mounting concern within the country and abroad over its child protection practices. Protesters around the world – and leading Norwegian professionals – say social workers are often too quick to separate children from their families, with too little justification, particularly when parents are immigrants. More.

Reality check: Increasingly, government owns children and can dictate how they will be raised. After all, they are becoming a scarce commodity in the West, and in collapsing working-class communities, the government pays to raise them.

It’s not really about child welfare in the traditional sense.

When child euthanasia comes on stream, will government make the decision?

These are the wages of progressivism. They are like the wages of death, but take longer, are more painful and humiliating, and there is no hope or honour in them.

  • It’s true.

Once one allows the government to take over and make decisions of life and death for all, anything in between is fair game.

This is the real reason the left is up in arms about LGBT rights. It isn’t that they care about LGBT people; they are only pawns in the century-long effort to eliminate the traditional family.

  • Professionals protesting overzealous Social Workers destroying traditional families? This is something new — Social Workers have been doing this for decades without a peep from other professionals. Could it be because in this case they are immigrants?

Memo to professionals: are the rest of us allowed to jump on board and have traditional families too? Please, please please?

Scandinavia is a strange place. On the one hand, they put 30 year old refugee “youths” in classes with young teens, and allow child brides to stay with their “husbands.” On the other hand, they kidnap children from perfectly functioning families.
No wonder sane people aren’t breeding.
