The hunt to be offended…

by Curt Schilling

This is likely the easiest way to address all of you out there who are just dying to be offended so you can create some sort of faux cause to rally behind.

Let’s make one thing clear right up front. If you get offended by ANYTHING in this post, that’s your fault, all yours

ESPN Fires Curt Schilling for Sharing Controversial Meme on Transgender Bathroom Laws

There was a great column a few weeks ago, which outlined how the big corporations are allied with the far left, not the right. I can’t find it. Did anyone else read it, and can they re-post it?

    • No. And I can’t find anything about the Obama, Saudi apology trip either.

It’s almost like the news is biased.

  • The Butterfly

I hate how all the sports stations are just run by your typical j-school C-students who couldn’t get their dream jobs working for the CBC or the NY Times.

  • These are the “wealthy corporate capitalists” that people like Sanders should be railing against. The corporations that worship capitalism like a religion, but hate everything else about our constitutional freedoms such as free speech. These are the kinds of capitalists who wouldn’t have the slightest problem working with any dictator, no matter how brutal, so long as they can make money. Unfortunately they are aligned with the fascist Left and would probably vote Sanders.

As Lenin once said: “When we decide to hang the capitalists they’ll sell us the rope.”

Yes. And these same corporations that would fire an employee
for sharing a meme like this would jump at the chance to do
business in a country like Saudi Arabia, where a transgender
person would be tossed from a rooftop.

It seems that our government is less concerned for the citizens
for whom it supposedly works, and more representative of the
wishes of well-organized and often publicly funded interest
groups. The vast majority of ordinary citizens see the danger of
opening women’s public restrooms to any man who declares
himself female– but the views of that majority no longer matter.

      • It makes you wonder too how corporate executives have so much time on their hands that they are monitoring every word that every employee posts on Facebook during their off-hours.

And opinions are like buttholes, everyone has one and they usually stink.

    Good line

Got ESPN in your cable or satellite package? Cancel it.

    • I discovered something from visiting sports bars: People usually don’t subscribe to ESPN because they are “jocks”. These days it’s to keep abreast of the latest scores for the gambling.

In the news that all Windsor schools will be flying the homosexual flag. Because what is more important than teaching homosexual sex to kids.

    • We’re a sick Nation. Oops, I mean State — Justin has already arbitrarily mandated that Canada is no longer a Nation: “Canada is the first non-Nation State in the world”.

Curt Schilling is a personal hero of mine.
First for beating the Yankees in the world series with Arizona..
And as a Red Sox fan for doing it again in 2004.and 2007.

That meme speaks the truth, which is probably the real reason those that had a problem with it had a problem with it.
