  • I just want to know 2 things: Why aren’t the liberals up in arms [heh] over the ‘Palestinian’ civilians having war-grade weapons, and if Islamic authorities can issue a fatwa on stealing Wi-Fi then why can’t they update Islam to address other modern issues like like that propensity toward subjugation, violence, and terrorism?

    • There must be a million fatwas by now against terrorism, funny thing is none of them seem to have had any effect.

      • Islam doesn’t want to change. They have the winning hand.

Re: Seattle’s gender neutral change rules: “Employees report that the man made no verbal or physical attempt to identify as a woman, yet he still cited a new rule.”

(Gee, what a creep – he didn’t even try to *pretend* to be a woman!) But perhaps he actually was one but was too shy to talk about it; or maybe he was only sub-consciously a woman and didn’t actually realize that his gender (but was blindly acting it out, a la Freud). Or – maybe he just wanted to expose himself to the ladies …. If you insist on making absurd laws then don’t be surprised when absurdity results.

You do not have to openly identify what sex you choose to be at any given moment. All you have to do is think it. This whole ignorant LGBTQWXYZ crap can be solved by having only one changing room / shower, then there will be no argument. A simple and easy solution.

Just like the abortion rage – it would solve itself instantly if every abortion required a directly related baby daddy vasectomy on the adjoining table.

My dad taught me to play catch and later to fish. Guess I really missed out.

I am disappointed – no Allah Akhbar when the kid fired the rocket launcher.
After watching the video every Pali kid is going to want one.

    • canminuteman

I haven’t taught my kids how to shoot rocket launchers but I have taught them to shoot rifles and shotguns.

  • Per the NC Porn site ban:

Just out of curiosity, if I ran a bakery and decided I would not cater to customers from New York, would that be legal? How is denying service to New Yorkers any different than denying service to gays? This isn’t a boycott – it’s politically based discrimination; lawsuits should ensue – not for the cause of porn access – but to teach these out-of-control leftists that they can’t break the law with impunity forever.

Would a bar be prosecuted if they put up a sign saying that they wouldn’t serve alcohol to muslims, or those self-identifying as muslims?

      • ninetyninepct

It would seem in the American mind that we cannot refuse service to anyone which is an insane assumption. I can refuse anyone and do not have to give a reason. Just say NO. The Muslim booze situation can easily be handled by the bar posting a sign indicating they are doing their part to support Muslim beliefs by not serving alcohol to them or even allowing them on the property. It isn’t discrimination, it is support.

Oddly, companies “refuse” contracts they have bid on if they discover something about the client that they don’t like or wish to be associated with after they submitted their bid. And without any legal ramifications. I did this myself as a self-employed professional ALL THE TIME. This is just another reflection of “professional class snobs” keeping down the “trades”. It’s been going on for decades. Various Professions/Professionals are REALLY PISSED that tradespeople now enjoy SUNNIER FINANCIAL FUTURES than they do. Sour grapes always make particular “professions/professionals” behave like bitchy queens. Nothing actually new here…….

    • canminuteman

The constitution of just about every country on the world guarantees “freedom of association”. This was intended to mean that we don’t have to deal with people we don’t want to deal with. This should cover all these situations, but it seams that huge swathes of constitution are not worth the paper they are written on.
