Black Lives Matter member sued for severance deal

An outspoken member of Black Lives Matter Toronto is being sued after leaving her job with UofT’s student union with a $277,508 severance deal that included 1,975 hours of overtime.

The union wants former executive director Sandra “Sandy” Hudson and her co-defendants — who allegedly approved the package — to jointly pay it back, along with another $200,000 in damages for breach of fiduciary duty.

The severance payment equals approximately 10% of the union’s annual operating budget.

In its statement of claim, the union alleges Hudson received 3.6 years of her base salary after only working there 2 1/2 years.

Hudson, the claim says, filed for 1,975 hours of overtime on April 1, 2015. Before that date, it says, she “had never recorded any overtime hours into her personnel file.”

The BLM movement is nothing less than a mechanism to collect “Jizyah” from white people and ultimately all non-blacks.
The Jizyah must be paid, and how they collect it from “the infidel” (non-blacks) is unimportant, as long as they keep the payers of the jizyah intimidated and afraid.
That is the whole point of BLM.

      Black Lucre Matters.

She worked just 25 hours short of what is considered a working year (2000 hours) in overtime, in a management position, which is generally considered Salaried, and never recorded the hours until she was being let go.

And on top of that she is supposed to be a student.

The numbers involved are splendid, and indicative of an admirable scale of creative bookkeeping by Hudson and her associates. That said, if they had to lighten the moral burden of wealth from anyone, I’m glad it was the Student Union’s. I love it when this vermin devours their own.

Who the Hell do they think they are in trying to get away with this, the Canadian Federation of Students? 🙂

In addition to the 1975 hours of overtime claimed, Ms. Hudson also claimed an additional 615 hours of overtime for cheques totalling $29,782.22. That comes to a total of 2,590 overtime hours. Yea, right!
