      That’s been the case in both Belgium and France for a while now. It’s just that for the moment the war is protracted and low-key with the odd flareup as we say in Paris in November.

    This is a very bad sign for all sorts of reasons, but mostly that their neighborhood feels so emboldened that they would throw rocks at the police investigating one of the worsts terrorist attacks in Europe’s history.
    Go ahead and raise the entire neighborhood Belgium, you have nothing to lose as they could not hate you any more.
