Cameroon pins hopes on vigilantes to defeat Boko Haram

About 50 vigilantes sing and dance to local war songs as they prepare to venture into Cameroon’s northern frontline with Boko Haram. They know the terrain to their finger tips and are capable of outmaneuvering the insurgents.

They wield different versions of handmade machetes, a few Kalashnikovs and anything they could use to scare off the Islamists. Since their inception, they have had some amount of success fending off an already weakened Boko Haram.

Cameroon vigilantes against Boko Haram

They need automatic weapons and training otherwise you can just add them to the body count now.

  • Shebel

    This is ALL bull shit.
Unless we do something on the home front—
Then let them ALL kill each other.

    • African

Remember the CAR militia who defeated the muslim jihadists who took over their country 2 years ago? They were mostly armed with the same home-made weaponry. It is only such vigilante groups who can defeat jihadists. The reason is that government soldiers every where are becoming politically-correct and stupid especially after their leaders adopt the cowardly and the decadent Western style ‘liberal democratic’ system.

At least these guys have got the balls to fight for what’s theirs, unlike all the “refugees” running to Europe. The people running to Europe would be the biggest army in the region if they stood and fought!

    • Blacksmith

I would wager only maybe 40% are running to Europe the rest are invaders. Just my opinion.

  • Blacksmith

A bow and arrow and at least one flint lock? Poor bastards, they have a hell of a fight ahead of them.

    • Doug Kursk

Yes good catch…wish them well, but how many mags can you change out on an AK before ole Bessy is ram rodded back up to speed?

  • Shebel

So the Muslims are better equipped with automatic weapons.
Best to worry about the Syrians. They arn’t Black.
