    Rest in peace, Nancy.

Nancy Reagan was the ultra-right winger in the Reagan family. I was a close friend of a daughter of Thomas Enders –a senior foreign affairs official — back in the early 1980s, when the British-Argentinian war broke out over the Falkands. According to my friend, both Thomas Enders and Nancy Reagan supported Argentinian dictator Galitieri. But most of Reagan’s advisors supported the British. But Ronald Reagan hesitated, until Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher read the riot act to the U.S. preident. The U.S. soon came on board and supported the British.

A classy, strong lady. The love she and Ronnie shared was so obvious and so genuine… he adored her, you can see it in that picture. These two wonderful people left their mark on the world and will never be forgotten.

I cannot speak for the British people but I for one held her in high regard.

May she rest peacefully — a beautiful love affair now restored.

Btw, how did these two sire that moronic son, Ronnie?
